Ready to shake up your winter with an experience you’ll never forget? Join us on the sugar-white shores of Pensacola Beach for a long weekend of salty air, sisterhood, and shark fishing under the stars. We’re teaming up once again with Coastal Worldwide, the crew that knows how to turn an ordinary evening into a full-on adrenaline-fueled memory maker. This trip isn’t just about catching sharks (although, trust us, that’s epic on its own). You’ll spend your nights in the sand with a rod in hand, waiting for the tug that means you’ve hooked a predator from the deep. Our guides specialize in land-based shark fishing, meaning we’ll be fishing from shore, no boats, no seasickness, and no rush. Just moonlight, surf, and the possibility of landing a 6–13 foot shark, all without leaving the beach. There’s something primal and unforgettable about coming face-to-face with one of the ocean’s apex predators. Land-based shark fishing is a unique challenge that requires patience, strength, and the ability to stay calm when the reel starts screaming. It’s not just about the catch; it’s about the stillness and the anticipation of what might happen next. Our fishing sessions run from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM each night, giving you front-row seats to some of the most exciting surf fishing on the Gulf Coast. You’ll be fishing with top-of-the-line heavy-duty rods and reels capable of handling massive species like bull sharks, blacktips, hammerheads, and more. Whether you’re a seasoned angler or a total beginner, this weekend is designed for all experience levels. Coastal Worldwide’s expert guides will walk you through everything, baiting, casting, setting the hooks, fighting, and handling your catch safely and ethically. During our down time, you can hang back in zero gravity chairs, relax with your toes in the sand, and watch the action unfold under the stars. The vibe is equal parts chill and electric, bonfires, beach snacks, and a sky full of stars while you wait for the line to scream. It’s the kind of night that feels endless in the best possible way.
We’ll be staying in a comfortable and stylish Airbnb close to the beach, offering the perfect place to rest, refresh, and regroup between sessions. You’ll have access to showers, a full kitchen, and plenty of space to unwind during the day. Expect shared rooms and beds, this is a community-driven weekend designed to build connection and camaraderie. During the daytime, the pace is totally up to you. Lounge on the beach, grab coffee in town, catch up on sleep, or explore Pensacola’s laid-back charm. We’ll keep things relaxed and flexible, so you can make the weekend your own.

Our cozy accommodations offer ample room to relax and unwind, featuring large common areas where you can connect with fellow guests. When selecting a space, we prioritize spaces that create a serene escape, complemented by shared amenities that encourage camaraderie and comfort. You’ll find well-maintained shared bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone. Please note that during this trip, you may need to share a bed / bedroom with another participant. We appreciate your understanding as this helps foster a sense of camaraderie and community among all attendees. Feel free to socialize in the kitchen and living areas or enjoy the fresh air outside. Whether you’re joining us for a quick weekend getaway or an extended stay, we strive to choose an environment that nurtures a sense of community while providing all the comforts of home. DEPOSIT + PAYMENT INFORMATION
We are able to offer this weekend at only $795 per person, which will include a nonrefundable deposit of $295 and 2 additional payment of $250. Please read carefully: All payments must be made by their due dates. If you anticipate a delay, we encourage you to communicate with us, and we will do our best to work with you. However, if payments are overdue and we have not heard from you, we will assume you are forfeiting your spot, and any payments made will not be refunded. TRIP EXPECTATIONS + NO DRAMA POLICY
At Her Wilderness, our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and empowering outdoor experience for every woman who joins us. That said, outdoor adventures come with a level of unpredictability, especially when weather, wildlife, and group dynamics are involved. We ask all participants to bring a flexible mindset and a positive attitude. Weather conditions, guide recommendations, and other factors may require last-minute changes to activities, schedules, or game pursued (for example, switching from a duck hunt to a goose hunt if conditions call for it). These decisions are made with your safety and the quality of the experience in mind. If adaptability and going with the flow are not things you're comfortable with, we respectfully suggest reconsidering your participation in our trips.

We maintain a strict no-drama policy. Any participant who brings negativity, disrupts the group dynamic, or disrespects staff or others will be asked to leave without a refund and will not be invited back to future events. TRIP REGISTRATION AND CONTACT INFORMATION
We’re thrilled to announce a new booking and payment system aimed at enhancing your experience! Starting October 1, 2024, all trip registrations will be processed through WeTravel. Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email via the WeTravel platform. Your trip coordinator will then reach out with detailed information about your adventure and schedule two virtual video meetings for all trip attendees. The coordinator will share their email and other contact information with you at their discretion, so please respect their boundaries and contact them only through the provided information. A quick reminder: personal social media profiles are not the best way to reach out to your coordinator. During the virtual meetings, hosted on Google Meet, you’ll discuss important details such as packing lists, travel plans, and more. To ensure smooth communication, please register with a valid email address that you check regularly.
